Exchanges Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept exchanges due to customer selection errors (e.g., incorrect size, design, or quantity). We encourage customers to carefully review all details before confirming their purchase, as once the order is placed, changes cannot be made.

Cancelling an Order

Our products begin production shortly after orders are received. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately.

  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations or changes are only possible within 6 hours of placing the order, before production begins.
  • Once production has started, we cannot cancel the order. In exceptional cases, replacements may be considered at our discretion.

Return & Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, your order is considered accepted, and refund requests cannot be processed. Refunds and returns are accepted only if:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken
  • The design differs from what was ordered
  • The size or material does not match your order
  • An incorrect or wrong item is delivered
  • The item does not match the product description

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Remain in their original condition and packaging
  • Include all original tags
  • Show no defects caused by improper handling or use

Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed, and we are not responsible for lost packages.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.
